Day 1 - Delts, Triceps & Abs
Day 2 - Rest 
Day 3 - Quads & Calves
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Back, Biceps & Abs
Day 6 - Rest
Day 7 - Chest and hamstrings. Terri does low impact cardio on a stationary bike: Contest preparation - 45 mins twice each. Offseason - 30 mins 4 - 5 times a week.
