JOE NAZARIO - Mr. Muscularity: One of our all-time most popular and most muscular physiques of the mid to late 70s. Rugged muscle workout shot in July 1976 in the Future Man Gym at Amityville on Long Island, plus outdoor posing.
Joe has classic features, wonderful shape, definition to burn and rugged rock hard muscle to blow your mind! This is the attainable look that every bodybuilder usually strives for. Joe is cast in the Frank Zane mould and has a classic physique that will stand the test of time and always still be in vogue and much desired.
This star segment was shot right after Joe won the Overall 1976 IFBB Mr Eastern America.
ULF BENGTSSON - Mr. Sweden: A superb film taped on the beach at Santa Monica, California with Ulf in top contest shape. Ulf is tall, blond, superbly built and superbly fit. The perfect Swedish physique exuding health, size, shape and symmetry along with his Scandinavian good looks! Wearing a sleeveless, body fitting muscle shirt (tank top), Ulf displays his awesome arm development from every angle – definitely a treat for all arm freaks. One of the most powerful, most “gutsy” arm segments of all time.
Next Ulf pumps up with cables, tenses and flexes from every angle, then presents his full posing routine – right there on the beach! We shot full body posing along with upper body posing and exciting closeups on Ulf’s various bodyparts.
KEITH BOGOFF - Teen Mr. America: This was shot on the day after Keith won the Medium Class and Most Muscular title in the 1978 AAU Teen Mr. America, and was runner up overall in that contest. What an extraordinary, brilliant young physique Keith presents in this outdoor film! Shot in a park in LA, you will see a degree of vascularity and “cuts” unmatched by any other teenager we had seen. Capped off with great symmetry, incredible abs and superb posing artistry for one so young.
Keith flexes and tenses biceps, pecs and abs as he oils up for Wayne’s camera. Next he pumps until his veins are standing out like those you see on a mature physique such as Clint Beyerle! To conclude he follows his pumping session with a positively sensational posing routine which includes opening full body posing and then some closeup shots on key bodyparts being flexed such as arms, abs and chest. Keith later went on to win the Overall Mr. Michigan title 2 years later.
KONSTANTINE SPANOUDIS - Teen Mr. USA: This segment was filmed in the studio on the very day he won this prestigious Teen AAU USA Overall title in 1981. Although the Junior winner, he was the sensation of the whole contest, where he captured the imagination of the audience with his ripped and mature physique. He was a rock hard and convincing winner who immediately repeated his “winning performance” for us. This is not a contest film but a studio study in classic Greek symmetry, along with graceful stylish posing in a superb presentation. This segment on Konstantine, a native of New Jersey, displays the muscular perfection in the younger physique.
Originally shot by Wayne Gallasch on Super 8 film, then transferred to DVD with background music added. The Spanoudis segment was shot by Charles F. Luscombe Jr.
