You will see him managing his very first annual contest, the "Dexter Jackson Classic" in his hometown Jacksonville, Florida. His daily routine starts out with 30 minutes of cardio followed by grits and sauteed orange roughie for his breakfast. He is very precise with every single thing he does, eating, training, car detailing, etc... This awesome 2 Disc Set includes all his workouts.
You will also see the 1st annual DJC, with Darrem Charles, Branch Warren, Marcus Haley and Dexter guest posing. At his all star seminar you'll see Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, Stan McCrary, Joe McNeal and Tony Aponte.
